About fanlistings
A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans for a given subject. All you need to join is a name, country, and a valid e-mail address. Your e-mail is kept private at your request and is only ever used for database purposes, so that the fanlisting owner can contact you if for example the listing moves or is closed. If you do choose to list your e-mail address on the page, other members will be able to contact you, and if you so wish, you'll be able to contact them too. It's a great way to get in contact with other fans!
About Amaterasu & Issun
When Amaterasu and Issun first join forces, they couldn't be any more different. Amaterasu is the goddess of the sun, possessing the form of a wolf known by humans as Shiranui and wielding divine weapons in a mission to save the mortal world from darkness. Issun is a mortal creature - a Poncle - and a runaway who nicknames himself the "Wandering Artist". Woken from a one-hundred year slumber, Amaterasu sets off on a mission to relearn the celestial brush techniques of the gods - techniques she once knew, but has forgotten during her rest - and to her consternation finds Issun - who nicknames her "Ammy" - travelling with her, determined to steal the techniques as she learns them.
However, as they journey together throughout Nippon, a strong bond develops between this odd couple. They become allies, and friends. They trust each other implicitly and work together to bring down the forces of darkness spreading through the land. And in between all of this, they still have time for Issun to insult and yell at Amaterasu, and for Amaterasu to respond simply by swallowing him, and spitting him up in a wad of wolf-spit shortly after. (Of course, this usually results in more yelling.)
The sweetest thing is that even while Issun is rude to Amaterasu almost all the time, and fails to treat her with even a shred of the respect that a goddess of her station deserves, it's easy to see that he loves her more than anyone. And even though "Ammy" might stomp on him and chew him and be incredibly rude in her own way, she loves Issun just as much.
About "Bug&Furball"
Amaterasu, in the form of a white wolf, is often referred to by Issun as "Furball". The goddess herself doesn't speak, but many other characters mistake the tiny Poncle Issun for a "bug".
